Scope is an information aggregator and safety tool for Roblox, designed to help you spot threats in your games and keep them out. For in-game protection, Scope provides a Luau script which blocks known threats from entering your experiences.
We also provide a Windows application written in C++ for analysing users, games and groups externally.
When you input your cookie & API key, Scope stores them securely on your device. Scope uses these to contact Roblox APIs. They are not shared or transmitted to third parties.
Scope maintains an online database of threats containing multiple categories of malicious actors. If a match is found between the database and the target, the user will be flagged. The target's groups, friends and followings will also be analyzed to identify threats that aren't yet present in our database.
The luau script will collect the place ID that it's running in along with threats that it has detected.
The windows program will collect your user ID, and any user IDs that you search along with the safety level Scope has assigned them.
All data collection can be disabled in both tools. Furthermore, you can use the data deletion button within Scope to delete all data associated with your user ID.

TODO: Replace with data from scope api calls
Scope provides safety levels automatically based on known data. For this reason, we ask that you do not treat results from Scope as direct truth.
